Invite youth to co-create portraits of dragon, accompany by animation technology, to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR. It is recognized as the official event for the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR.
Mr Lee Chi-ching, renowned watercolour artist will start the drawing of a giant dragon, following with the co-creation of 10,000 pieces of the youth’s art work which will be turned into an animation.
