Destination: Hong Kong and Zhejiang’s Hangzhou

Participant Criteria
- Ethnically Chinese young people aged between 18 and 35;
- Outstanding academic achievements or strong professional background;
- Priority will be given to participants who can speak Mandarin.
Key Activities
- Visit the Hong Kong Palace Museum, participate in theme lectures and the Commissioning Ceremony in Hong Kong;
- Visit historical sites (West Lake, Leifeng Pagoda, etc), explore cultural gems (Hangzhou Branch of the National Archives of Publications and Culture, Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City, etc), and exchange with corporations;
- Exchange among Chinese youth from different regions to establish friendships and networks.
Fees include
- Transportation to and from Hong Kong and Hangzhou
- A total of 7 nights’ accommodation in Hong Kong and Hangzhou
- All breakfast, lunch and dinner in Hangzhou
- Entry fees for visits included in the official programme
Remarks:Participants must bear their own expenses of visas, travel insurance, round trip transportation between departure location and Hong Kong such as air tickets, and some meals and some travelling fees in HK.
Nomination
The closing date for nomination is 9 July 2024. Nominee are required to submit the following documents by emailing pm@dragonfoundation.net :
- Registration Form (excel file) and signed Agreement
- Completed Nomination Form with signed consent of nominator
- A 300dpi passport photo (in JPEG or TIF format)
- Copies of personal identification documents (valid for travel to Hong Kong & Mainland China)
