The Commissioning of 2025 “Dragon 100”

「龍匯100」日前(12月18日)舉行出發禮。勞工及福利局副局長何啟明、中央政府駐港聯絡辦青年工作部副處長黃乙也、香港賽馬會內地事務副總經理鄧衛國、香港人才服務辦公室署理副總監張永新、龍傳基金主席黃嘉純律師、龍傳基金義務秘書兼「龍匯100」2025團長譚贛蘭,以及龍傳基金董事兼香港青年協會總幹事徐小曼擔任主禮團嘉賓。   龍傳基金主辦的年度大型活動「龍匯100」,今年獲香港賽馬會贊助,香港人才辦公室為支持機構,從世界各地選出100位18至40歲的傑出華裔青年領袖,於12月17至24日期間匯聚大灣區,進行為期8天的考察及活動,走訪香港、惠州等多個城市。   適逢今年是東江水供港60周年。本屆「龍匯100」主題為「從東江水看永續發展」,透過參觀東江水設施、創新企業、歷史文化景點及交流活動,期望各國華裔青年,一方面深入認識中國東江水系統,借鑒區域協作,綠色實踐等經驗,進一步探索可持續發展方案;另方面探索源遠流長的中華文化。   龍傳基金主席黃嘉純律師表示,參與的100位華裔青年來自10個國家和地區,他們聚集香港後一起出發前往惠州、東莞及深圳,親身體會粵港兩地在水資源治理與永續發展領域的合作模式,從而洞悉全球可持續發展的挑戰。參加者亦可體會國家創新發展的領域,有助他們日後作出貢獻。黃嘉純亦感謝惠州市青年聯合會、東莞市青年聯合會、中央人民政府駐港聯絡辦青年工作部等部門的鼎力協助,讓活動順利展開。   來自澳洲的青年參加者蔡智勛,他在澳洲生活期間,一直積極參與華人社區事務,致力於推廣中華文化。今年初接觸到「龍匯 100」,希望藉此認識更多華裔青年。他從事律師行業,其工作涉及與環境、社會及管治(ESG)與日俱增。作為一名全球公民,他關心自己和家人,乃至世界各地的人能否獲得安全的飲用水,期望透過今年的「龍匯 100」,學習更多知識,探索青年如何為水資源的永續發展出一分力。   此外,香港大學水資源中心行政總監李煜紹博士、Great Glory Investment Corporation總監戴潔瑩教授、德勤香港可持續發展事業群總監陸偉賢博士,與「龍匯100」舊生胡嘉熙在專題論壇上,探討水資源與可持續發展議題,講者剖析東深供水系統在水資源再生的重要角色,亦鼓勵參加者為珍貴資源出一分力。   民政及青年事務局副局長梁宏正於12月17日晚與「龍匯100」參加者互動交談,分享政府對青年發展的願景與工作方向,並了解青年的回應和看法。   參加者在港參訪香港水務署大埔濾水廠、屈臣氏實業─屈臣氏蒸餾水中心、香港太古可口可樂,分別了解輸港東江水及食水的處理過程,並考察飲料企業在水資源的實務挑戰及機遇。    龍傳基金於2000年由民政事務局、民政事務總署和香港青年協會攜手成立,為在香港正式註冊的非牟利慈善機構。基金致力培育全球華裔青年成為明日領袖並建立聯繫網絡。龍傳基金秘書處由香港青年協會管理,網站為dragonfoundation.net。

Dragon Dance – Youth Co-create Action

Invite youth to co-create portraits of dragon, accompany by animation technology, to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR. It is recognized as the official event for the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR. Mr Lee Chi-ching, renowned watercolour artist will start the drawing of a giant dragon, following with the co-creation of 10,000 pieces of the youth’s art work which will be turned into an animation.

Dragon 100
